It is with great pleasure that ARM Geophysics announces the hiring of Nathan Benton, who has joined ARM's Hershey, Pennsylvania office as a Staff Geophysicist. Mr. Benton graduated from Baylor University in 2016 with a BS in Geophysics and from Louisiana State University in 2018 with an MS in Geology with a specialization in Geophysics. Mr. Benton worked as a graduate research assistant at Louisiana State University where he designed and managed team-oriented 2-D near-surface seismic surveys. Nathan has experience acquiring, processing, and interpreting seismic reflection data and attaining land permits, planning acquisition geometrics, and selecting and informing team members of details regarding different surveys. Nathan has working knowledge of routines involving sorting, statics, deconvolution, velocity analysis, and migration.
